Support of the host families
In advance of the homestays all host families are visited at home personally by our employees. This allows us to meet the families and to clear up any questions on the spot. At the same time it can be guaranteed that our quality requirements are met. Apart from that by visiting the host families we can learn more about them and thank them for their hospitality which is what makes our work possible.
During the preparation phase of our homestays the host families are supported by our teachers locally who can help them in anyway.
On the other hand the teachers are in constant contact with us so that a smooth communication is always guaranteed.
