Statements from host families

It was nice getting to know them. They are very appreciative. At one time, one of the groups I had also gave me their trophy which they had won in the Go Karting race as a thank you and to symbolise that I was the best host mum.
That was so sweet! This is just to give you an idea of how lovely they are.
(Pauline Micallef Sant, Maltese host mother, September 2007)

In the meantime a month has gone by since they left and we write e-mails to each other almost every day. They were simply unforgettable days for me and of course as always much too short. Sophie and I got along well with our Americans this year as last and we have become great friends. That is exactly why Sophie and I have decided to visit our exchange students

Quotes from English teachers
Quotes from English teachers
DThe stay of the Americans in Passau was a real enrichment for our students
( and hopefully for the guest students )
... The people from Passau as well as the American students would have liked to postpone the time of their departure.
(Sevnja Kollmann, English teacher, Adalbert-Stifter-Gymnasium, Passau, Juliy2007)

It was again a great experience, from which also we adults profited, to see how the students met each other...immediate...spontaneous.. it was simply great...that is the way the world should be... without hate and prejudice.
(Barbara Reske, English teacher, Friedrich-Ebert-Gymnasium, Sandhausen, July 2007)

Our students were thrilled and I would certainly organize homestays for my school again. You can count on my support.
(Renate Paap, English teacher, Via-Claudia-Realschule, Königsbrunn, September 2007)
